William Davidson has over seventeen years of healthcare and managed care experience in the areas of MSO, PHO, medical group, IPA, corporate practice management operations, business management, project management and program development. His past positions include: General Manager with General Healthcare, Network Administrator with Pacific Physicians Services, Regional Manager with FHP, Director of IPA Operations with HealthCare Partners Ltd., Director of Claims Logistics and UM Operations with Huntington Provider Group, Director of Business Operations with Pediatric Management Group, Acting Chief Administrative Officer for The PAR Group, Executive Director for Arcadian Management Services and as a consultant in healthcare operations, development and services. Mr. Davidson was part of the management team at Huntington Provider Group that was awarded the Pacific Business Group on Health, Blue Ribbon Award in 1998 and 1999.

Lawrence Cohn earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge. For the past twenty years Lawrence has been involved in the computer industry as a Controller, Operations Manager, Account Executive and Vice President of Sales. In his sales positions, he designed numerous networks and systems for a variety of industries. Among his accomplishments was the design and implementation of a complete document imaging systems for a large ophthalmology group and a high volume claims management firm. Mr. Cohn has sold, and integrated, many practice management solutions to clients of all sizes.
